The wet mixed paste is compacted into briquettes in a hydraulic press. The briqueetettes are directly loaded into the Extrusion Press for coating on cut wires

Extrusion Plant
The core wire is fed by worefeeder into the coating head of extruder. The high specitic pressure generated in the extruder ensure compact and uniform fluxcoat: concenticity of coating is easily adjustable, a simple & elegant conveyor takes care of holder & Tip Cleaning, apart from brand name printing
